During the procedure, you will be able to relax on a bed while a qualified Laser Technician places a small beam of light on your ears, face and hands. Other areas may be included in the treatment.

You will only feel a mild tingling or pulsating sensation. The low-powered laser light and mild electrical stimulation will release endorphins. These endorphins are the same natural feel-good chemicals that are released every time you exercise or have a good belly laugh.

Preparation

Things to do before your laser therapy:

  • Keep very busy
  • Go places you can’t smoke (library, movies, gym, etc)
  • Surround yourself with non-smokers
  • Decide how you are going to reward yourself when you stay tobacco free for 24 hours, one week, one month, one year.

 

Create a “Survival Kit” that includes gum, hard candy, cinnamon sticks, toothpicks, straws, fruit, vegetable sticks, sunflower seeds, a list of reasons why you want to quit and a picture of loved ones

Important:

At least 24-36 hours before coming to our clinic you MUST COMPLETELY STOP SMOKING!

It might not be as easy as it sounds but you must make this effort  and avoid smoking for the required period in order to drop and decrease your Serotonin and Endorphin ( good feel hormones)  level.
